There seems to be a disconnect between your group social interaction and the quality of your work. For example, you assess of your team’s reciprocity as being exemplary (always follows directions and seeks out feedback to improve performance) seems to be inconsistent with a group that has missing or incomplete tasks.
My observation of your group questions your reciprocity assessment. I see several examples of not following directions while ignoring my feedback.
1. Ask you to change your blog theme to make it easy to access information
2. Ask to complete your business model canvas in the classroom
3. Ask to post blog entries — even yesterday’s blog post was not done
4. Ask to provide updates based on my comments to your blog post
5. Meet ups on business model show little impact on team’s performance
To gain clarity on your performance, respond to the following by posting a comment below:
How well is your group following directions and responding to feedback?
Why are assignments not getting completed on time?
What occurs during group time?
What needs to change during group time to improve performance?
What can each member of the group do to follow directions and complete task on time?

For the most part, I agree with your assessment of your team’s performance. Based on your assessment, there is a need to work on assigning members a task and each member to complete their task. Many times, I see your team members getting distracted which prevents them from finishing their work. Consequently, the quality of your work is less than it could be.
In terms of reciprocity, I frequently offer specific feedback to your both through conversation and commenting on your blog, but there is little indication that this feedback is being applied.
If your team wishes to improve its reciprocity, then what specific actions will your team have to take. Provide specifics below.
Consider the following questions in your response:
1. How well is your group following directions and responding to feedback?
2. Why are assignments not getting completed on time?
3. What occurs during group time?
4. What needs to change during group time to improve performance?
5. What can each member of the group do to follow directions and complete task on time?

I agree with your assessment of your team’s performance. Your group completes its work in a timely manner. You respond to my feedback which improves your project.
Going forward, what areas do you think your team needs to work on to improve your project?
Your actions should be at improving the quality of the tasks completed.

I agree with your assessment of your group performance. Two areas that are in need of improvement time management and work quality. I believe better use of time will improve the quality of your work.
Please some ideas about how you plan to work on these areas.

Customers are always people. Don’t refer to customers as people. What kinds of people are in the music industry? These are labels for the people. What does it mean to aspire? The purpose of this post is to describe the customers, in particular the early adopter. Also, explain why you are targeting this segment first. You need a solid rationale for this group.
