Agenda Writing

What is an agenda?

For our purposes an agenda is a list of topics and/or tasks that will be covered during a single class period. The agenda enables participants to be aware of the tasks so that they can in make a more valuable contribution to your team.

How to write an agenda?

First, you want to decide on what tasks that need to be completed for that day.

Next, you want to assign each of these tasks to a team member(s).

Third, you want to consider when the team needs to meet and what needs to be discussed.

Finally, write the agenda by organizing items by time and assigning tasks to team members.

Sample Agenda

Today’s agenda is as follows:

— How the app/device works (what technologies are used) — Tommy
— How the product will be designed (specifications) — TBD
